Our theatre does kiddy type programs all the time...that are short and sweet. It is called young at art. The ballet company does Behind the Curtains twice a year where they do snippets of the actual ballet they will be performing...and then talk about the history and work behind putting on the program. I promise, start YOUNG....then tell dear hubby that it would be so much nicer for them to have their daddy appreciate the arts as well. My husband is a big ole' cowboy and he goes to them w/ us....and LOVES them. His favorite was The Lion King. How's the weather there? IT is pouring here....again.Traci @ The Bakeryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02024649172112374894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7856388640050025831.post-20627961487225902382008-06-27T15:46:00.000-05:002008-06-27T15:46:00.000-05:00OK! That is too funny....I gotta go wee wee....<BR/>That is my favorite movie of all time....I was even in the local playhouse version of it....the MOM of course. Which is very funny, because I DON'T ACT.....they needed someone and I ended up being it since I was there w/ my daughter...who was trying out. I had NO IDEA what I was getting myself into....I ended up having to be at ALL the practices because I was in most of the scenes....while dear daughter only had to be at 1/2 of them...arrggghh. She still laughs about that.Traci @ The Bakeryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02024649172112374894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7856388640050025831.post-88732259880226475182008-06-27T14:47:00.000-05:002008-06-27T14:47:00.000-05:00ROFL!!
