I'm a little late with my post today. I usually try to post my weigh in first thing in the morning, but it's been a crazy day. With the gain, I actually thought about skipping the whole thing entirely, and I have to fess up and say I did consider just putting a zero down instead of the dreaded +3. But here's the thing- eventually someone is going to figure out that every 3-4 weeks I have an approx. 3 pound gain. Swiss Cake Rolls, anyone?

You've reminded me that I haven't updated my weight (gain) blog in a while. I should do that!
I want one! No I'll take the whole box pleaseeee! See what I've started! You might want to confess in advance that going to your Aunt's house next week is not going to help your diet at all! If she wasn't the great cook she is it might be different. But we both know home made biscuits & gravy & home made beef & noodles just kill the waste line! But man they're so good!
