Weight Loss Wednesday

I knew it wouldn't be good. I've been emotional/stress eating for the past 2 days and only got away for one workout. I feel like Dora from Finding Nemo- "Just keep swimming swimming swimming." Which is what I'll do.


Does anyone have any tried and true tips to avoid emotional eating and break the habit?

Bummer sweety. Stuff those foamy earplugs up your nose, one each nostril. All your food will taste like rubber and you have to hold your breath to actually eat. Your weight will drop faster than the value of our house!

I say try eating stuff that has no value to it....saltines, rice cakes, water. Basically just filler food. Chewing gum is also a good one for me. I tend to eat when I am bored, which is about 90% of my day.

First of all I know you can do anything you set your mind to as I've seen it! And second if it is not in the house you will not as likly jump in the car and go get it! And I know it is hard to do but easy to say! So just keep trying! I Love You!

Thanks but no, Bonehead. I'd like to be able to tell my baby is stinky before it squishes everywhere.

There's not much I can do to change that short of a sex change, and quite frankly, I do not wish to join the dark side.

I'm back from camp...and I'm sure it won't be pretty.....3 meals a day with mostly STARCH!!! I might get lucky and have SWEATED off some weight....I'll let you know. You are still ahead of me....keep going!!!!
