Weight Loss Wednesday

At least it wasn't another gain. And I managed to get in 3 pretty decent workouts. Next week I'm shooting for 5 workouts. It's not as easy as it sounds- Hubby might start veto-ing my workout time because every time I leave Critter alone with Daddy, Critter screams like there's an axe murderer in the house. The. Entire.Time.

Yea! Your on the right track! And as far as the workouts! Evening if you continue with 3 workouts it divinely better then none! It does your Husband good to see what you go through with Critter! P.S. I'm doing pretty good my self with smoking (I'm under my goal) & exercising (I'm at 4-days a week) Love Mom

Congratulations to you! I tend to work out more often at home, because when I haul the kids to the Y, we are usually there to swim, etc., but even doing it at home is a distraction because they find VERY IMPORTANT THINGS! to talk to me about while I'm trying to keep track of what side I should be following! In the end, it comes down to what works for you, then it's lather, rinse, repeat!
