As I’m up for the second time tonight, I am reminded of a phrase of mine that my husband often repeats in situations like this. “Cute baby fingers and cute baby toes.”
35 and preparing to begin a new chapter in life as the single Mom of two beautiful boys. I'm approaching each day as a new beginning and still embracing the laughter it brings. And also, I am destined to be eternally pale.
"Mom- I'm so glad I didn't capture the cold you and Critter have."
"Do you reckon Grandma has them?"
"Uh-oh, noodles!"- have you ever tried explaining to an 8 year old why uh-oh spagetti-o's is even a phrase? If anyone has any insight on that one, I'd love to know...

Cute, very cute. So now that you got the one handed typing thing down, when you gonna work on the one handed dinner making and laundry folding?
Yeah. I'll get right on that.
Interpretation?
As soon as I master one handed Olympic skiing.
